Steve Lavin made his return to the St. John’s bench last night, and coached his squad to a 78-73 come from behind win vs. Lehigh. Lavin had been out all season as he has been recovering from prostate surgery. He decided 3.5 hours before the game that we would return. Tuesday was Lavin’s first day at practice, and his return to game action was unexpected.
