Jerod Haase, the Anne and Tony Joseph Director of Men’s Basketball, continues to round out his staff with the hiring of Sam Little as the program’s video coordinator.

“We are really excited to add Sam to our program,” said Haase. “He is a rising star in the field with a relentless work ethic. He has contributed to a number of winning programs and will immediately come in and make our program better.”

Little joins the Cardinal with experience at the collegiate and the prep school levels. Most recently he was an assistant coach with Prolific Prep in Napa, California, for the 2022-23 season, where he was responsible for scouting and player development on both sides of the ball. The coaching experience came after collegiate stops at Tarleton State, Arkansas and Texas.

A graduate from the University of Texas in 2020, Little was a four-year manager for the program, which led to a graduate assistantship at Arkansas for the 2021-22 campaign. At both stops, Little was responsible for live coding practices and games and assisted with scouting of opposing teams.

Prior to his coaching tenure at Prolific Prep, Little was the director of operations for the basketball program at Tarleton State in 2022.
