Multiple sources have told me that Chris Mack will be hired to replace Sean Miller at Xavier. A press conference has been tentatively scheduled for tomorrow. Mack, who is an alum of the University, has been on the Musketeers staff for the past five seasons. He also worked as an assistant at wake Forest under Skip Prosser. This is a great hire for AD Mike Bobinski – the players wanted Mack, and he is keeping the job in the family. Xavier’s banquet is tomorrow night, and this should give the players and fans something to be happy about following the departure of the highly successful Miller to Arizona.
