The Master’s College Athletic Director Steve Waldeck announced that men’s basketball coach Chuck Martin has been fired.

Waldeck released the following statement: "The Master’s College Athletic Department announced that Chuck Martin will not be retained as Head Men’s Basketball Coach. The Mustangs men’s basketball season recently ended in the semi-final round of the Golden State Athletic Conference post-season tournament.

“Coach Martin served in this role for eight seasons and amassed a win-loss record of 131-118 (62-84 in the highly competitive GSAC). A search for the next leader of The Master’s College Men’s Basketball program will commence soon.”
