McGee joins Millersville Basketball Staff

Kyle McGee joined Coach Casey Stitzel’s coaching staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2024-25 season. McGee came to Millersville after three seasons as an assistant coach at Elizabethtown University. 

McGee helped the Blue Jays to its most wins as a member of the Landmark Conference in 2024 and developed a pair of All-Landmark selections. He was a part of a high-achieving academic program, which earned NABC Team of Academic Excellence recognition in 2022 and 2023. For Elizabethtown, McGee successfully recruited players from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and South Carolina. 

Before returning to Elizabethtown, McGee coached two seasons at Lycoming College while also serving as the junior varsity and associate boys’ head coach at Shamokin Area High School. 

McGee’s collegiate playing career began at Centenary University, and he also played two seasons at Elizabethtown. After his collegiate career, McGee played with the American Basketball Association’s Scranton Shamrocks from 2017-20. 

McGee graduated from King’s College with a degree in criminal justice.
