Three separate sources have now told me that Seward (KS) CC assistant coach Jason Sautter will be hired as an assistant at UMKC. Before joining the Seward staff two years ago, Sautter was the head coach at Western Texas College. He has also been an assistant at Howard College (TX), and Lincoln University. The hiring is expected to be made official any day.
