Montana Tech Athletic Director Joe McClafferty announced the new men’s head basketball coach today. Montana Tech associate head coach Patrick O’Herron accepted the offer as head coach of the Oredigger basketball program.

O’Herron was the associate head coach under Aaron Woliczko the past two seasons after starting as an assistant coach. In that time, O’Herron was the recruiting and camp coordinator for Tech and responsible for the development of the post players.
