I guess my Junior College dirt from earlier tonight started something…a few more things that I’ve heard at the JC level since posting less than an hour ago…

• I can confirm from two separate sources that Cowley College (KS) head coach Tommy DeSalme has been fired. He had just finished his fifth year at the school where he compiled a 106-56 record. He has also been the head coach at Independence CC and Kansas Wesleyan University.

• I can also confirm that Rainy River CC (MN)has named Kristofer Babler as their new head coach. He was most recently the head coach at Cristo Rey Jesuit HS in Minneapolis and has also worked as an assistant at Wisconsin-Stout.
