Following-up on something that I Tweeted last night…here’s another update on the Mount St. Mary’s search…

Earlier this week, I mentioned three finalists for the job:

Mike Farrelly – Assistant Coach Notre Dame

Donny Lind – Assistant Coach UNC Greensboro

Nevada Smith – Assistant Coach Marquette

I can now confirm through multiple sources that Swarthmore head coach Landry Kosmalski is also a finalist. Kosmalski, who played at Davidson, has gone 224-93 (.707) in 11-seasons at Swarthmore.

I have also heard that Lind was the first on-campus interview, followed by Smith and Kosmalski. Some sources have said this is the final three, others have Farrelly in this group as well – I’ll call it a final 3.5.

I’m still hearing that the target date to wrap this up is Friday.
