I have heard that the search to replace former head basketball coach Justin Wetzel who resigned last week at Dickinson State University (ND) is moving quickly. It sounds like two finalists interviewed on campus yesterday, and another is due in today. Yesterday’s interviews included University of Mary (ND) assistant coach Josh Vaughan and former Bismarck High School (ND) head coach Steve Miller. Today, Black Hills State University (SD) assistant coach Ryan Thompson is expected to be on campus. It sounds like an offer will be made to one of these three by Friday. More on this as I hear it.
