I have confirmed through a great source that Graceland University (IA) has chosen Chris Wright as their new head basketball coach.  Wright spent this past season as an assistant at Arkansas Tech.  Before that, he spent four seasons as the head coach at Fresno Pacific where he compiled a 67-52 record.  He was also an assistant at FPU, and was around as the Sunbirds transitioned from NAIA to NCAA DII.  Wright will replace Jeffrey Hamilton who resigned back in March to be closer to family.  It sounds like the official announcement will be made any day.
