I can confirm that Patrick Moynihan is no longer the head men’s basketball coach at NAIA Spartanburg Methodist College (SC).

Moynihan took over at SMC prior to last season, and led the Pioneers to a 20-12 record in their final year as an NJCAA school (they officially made the move to the NAIA on 7/1/24). Prior to his time in Spartanburg, Moynihan had been at Appalachian State for four seasons, and spent two years as an assistant at Presbyterian. He has also worked as a GA at both Troy and North Alabama.
