Some “dirt” today from the Empire State…

• SUNY Sullivan has named Brent Wilson as their new head coach. He was most recently an assistant at North Dakota and was an assistant at Albany before that. Wilson replaces Kevin DeVantier who became an assistant at Norfolk State earlier this spring.

• I have heard that Farmingdale State will hire Brendan Twomey as their new basketball coach. Twomey spent last season as the head coach at Centenary (NJ) where his squad went 13-13. Before his one season at Centenary, he was the associate head coach at Stevens Tech. The official announcement is expected today.
