DII Newberry College is set to hire Central Florida assistant Steve DeMeo. A 11:00am press conference is scheduled for tomorrow. DeMeo was at UCF for one season after spending the previous 10 at Providence. Sources tell us that Newberry alum and UNC Charlotte associate head coach Rob Moxley took his name out of the running, opening the door for DeMeo.
