Kansas suspends assistant coach Howard
Kansas assistant coach Jerrance Howard has been suspended for two weeks by head coach Bill Self. According to the Peoria Journal Star, Howard was arrested last July on misdemeanor marijuana possession charges. He paid $1,178.26 in fines after the arrest and was put on six months probation. Apparently Self just recently learned of the incident.

I can confirm that AIB College of Business (IA) will be discontinuing the athletics program. The college recently inked a deal to merge with the University of Iowa.
