Campbell University adds Assistant
Michael Slonaker has been named assistant men’s basketball coach at Campbell University, head coach Robbie Laing announced. The son of former Mercer University head coach Mark Slonaker, he replaces Lorenzo Watkins, who accepted a position at South Carolina State University. Washburn assistant coach and two-time All-American Ewan Auguste is stepping down from his post to take a job outside of coaching, head coach Bob Chipman announced Friday. Auguste coached under Chipman for five years after playing for four years with the Ichabods.
