Ole Miss basketball coach Andy Kennedy looks like he will be in the clear following his arrest on Thursday in Cincinnati. The cab driver that he reportedly struck has changed his story. Word on the street as of late Saturday night is that Kennedy is going to file a defamation suit against the cabbie.

Andy Kennedy was arrested early Thursday after a cab driver claimed that Kennedy punched him and shouted racial slurs. Bill Armstrong, the Director of Operations was also arrested.
