Our sources have told us that Kevin Nickelberry has resigned at Hampton. He becomes the second DI coach in the state of Virginia to resign today, following Liberty’s Ritchie McKay. Nickelberry had been an assistant at Clemson, UNC-Charlotte, and Holy Cross and owns a 49-44 record (16-16 this season) in 3 years at Hampton.

Will he be joining McKay on Tony Bennett’s staff at UVA?
