The tape of the practice was released about a week ago, and since then this story has gained national momentum. O’Connor recently appeared on Good Morning America and apologized to the player in question. Yesterday, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue charges against O’Connor. His resignation brings and end to this ugly situation.
