Following-up on the reports from earlier this morning, Paul Corsaro is officially out as the head men’s basketball coach at IU Indianapolis. The school released the following brief (very brief) statement on the move:

The IU Indianapolis Athletics Department has announced a change in leadership of the men’s basketball program, effective immediately. A national search will begin for the next head men’s basketball coach. 

Corsaro, an Indianapolis native, led IU Indy to a 10-22 record this past season. Before his brief stint with the Jaguars, he led cross town D2 UIndy to a 79-37 (.681) in four seasons.
