Penn retains Allen

Jerome Allen has had the interim tag removed from his title and will remain at Penn as the head coach. Allen took over for Glen Miller after an 0-7 start this past season. Penn went 6-15 (5-9 Ivy) after Allen stepped in, including a victory over nationally ranked Cornell. The Penn grad is currently sixth on Penn’s all-time scoring list. There was a ton of support from the players to keep Allen in charge.

A 2:30 press conference is scheduled for tomorrow to formally "introduce" Allen.
