Auburn assistant basketball coach Chad Prewett has announced that he is departing the Auburn Basketball staff after eleven seasons, and will pursue “a new calling” in the ministry. Prewett posted the following farewell on social media:
During Prewett’s tenure at Auburn, the Tigers collected 244 victories, six NCAA Tournament appearances, five conference championships, and two Final Fours.
There is no word yet on a possible replacement on Bruce Pearl’s staff.
