Quinnipiac University Director of Athletics and Recreation Jack McDonald has announced that Men’s Basketball Head Coach Tom Moore has signed a contract extension through the 2016-17 season. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. The two-time Northeast Conference Coach of the Year kept the momentum going in his fifth season at the helm of the Bobcats, guiding Quinnipiac to its third consecutive national postseason appearance. Moore led the Bobcats to the 2012 CBI Invitational and their seventh straight Northeast Conference Tournament, adding to an impressive list of accomplishments thus far.
