I have heard that Ron Jirsa is the leader for the vacant assistant position at Radford.  The position opened earlier this spring when Kyle Getter took a spot on Ritchie McKay’s new staff at Liberty.  Jirsa is the former head coach at Georgia (1997-99) and Marshall (2003-07).  He has also been an assistant to Tubby Smith at Tulsa, Georgia, and Minnesota.  More on this as I hear it.
