Randy Lee Named Assistant Coach at Southeastern University

Southeastern University men’s basketball coach R-Jay Barsh has announced the hiring of Randy Lee as an assistant coach.

Prior to Southeastern, Lee was the boys basketball coach at Lake Wales High School, helping the team win two district titles, and was the 2014 FACA District Coach of the Year.

“Coach Lee brings a wealth of coaching experience and recruiting ties to our program,” said Barsh. “Coach Lee is a lifelong learner and great ambassador of the game. His expertise in recruiting and game management will continue to help steer our program in the right direction.”

Lee has also spent time collegiately at multiple universities. For three seasons, he was the head coach at Tennessee Temple University, leading the team to the NCCAA Regional Championship game. Lee has also served as head coach at NCAA Division II University of Texas Permian Basin and University of Maine at Machias.

As an assistant coach, Lee has been at Palm Beach Atlantic, Delaware State, Centenary, and Maine, and spent a year as a graduate assistant at Miami.
