Randy Pulley added as Assistant Basketball Coach at Brunswick CC

Brunswick Community College will add Randy Pulley as an assistant men’s basketball coach. Pulley arrives at BCC after spending last season on staff at Johnson C. Smith University, where he played a key role in the Golden Bulls’ success. The year prior, he was part of a record-setting campaign at Tarleton State, helping the Texans win 25 games, finish second in the WAC, and advance deep into the postseason. His wide-ranging coaching résumé also includes stops at Virginia State, Shelton State CC, New Mexico JC, Colby CC, and Talladega College, along with seven years as a high school head coach.

Pulley brings a wealth of experience in recruiting, player development, and mentorship across every level of the game, from NCAA and NAIA programs to junior college and the professional ranks. A former No. 1-ranked junior college point guard, he went on to star at Missouri, where he earned Big 12 Newcomer of the Year honors. Off the court, he has worked with Team CP3 on the Nike EYBL circuit, mentoring some of the nation’s top prospects. A Raleigh, N.C., native, Pulley holds a business administration degree from Talladega College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in management and leadership.
