It appears that Bowie State head basketball coach Darrell Brooks is retiring. According to the post below from Steven Gaither, the long-time Bulldog head coach informed his team of his intentions following their season ending defeat in the CIAA Tournament last night:
Brooks has been the head coach at his alma mater for the past 16 seasons where he went 244-224 (.521).
