According to a report by Jeff Goodman, Army is expected to name Butler assistant Kevin Kuwik as their new head men’s basketball coach.

Kuwik joined Thad Matta at Butler last spring after a stint at Davidson. He also worked for Matta at Ohio State, and has been an assistant at Dayton, and Ohio. Additionally, he spent time in an administrative role on Brad Stevens staff at Butler during the 2008-09 season.

Kuwik also spent ten years in the Army, serving in Iraq, and earning the Bronze Star for his meritorious service.
