WHAS 11 in Louisville has reported that John Calipari has accepted the offer to become the head basketball at Kentucky. This is a great hire for the Wildcats. Calipari has the personality to be the man in Lexington, and get them back in contention for a National Championship.

UTEP head coach Tony Barbee would be the logical choice to replace Calipari at Memphis. He worked for Coach Cal as an assistant at Memphis, and played for him at UMass.
