REPORT: Colorado State to Lose Two Assistant Basketball Coaches

According to a report in the Coloradoan, Colorado State head coach Larry Eustachy will be losing two assistant coaches to other programs.  Assistant coach Leonard Perry is reportedly headed to Pacific where he will become new head coach Damon Stoudamire’s associate head coach.  Perry played for Eustachy at Idaho, and was also his assistant at Utah State, Iowa State, and Southern Mississippi. Also, assistant coach Ross Hodge is reported to be joining Grant McCasland and his new staff at Arkansas State.  He was also an assistant to Eustachy at Southern Miss.  Before that, he had a great two year run as the head coach at Midland College (TX) where he compiled a 63-7 record over two seasons.  According to the report, Perry was making $230,00 and Hodge $150,000 at CSU.  It is not know what their salaries will be at their new schools.
