Multiple outlets are reporting that Tom Crean will be hired as the next head basketball coach at Georgia. CBSSport.com has reported that the deal is being finalized, and that an announcement is expected soon. Also, the AJC confirmed that the athletic board is meeting via teleconference tonight to reportedly ok the deal.

Crean had spent nine seasons as the head coach at Indiana before being released following last season. He also spent nine seasons as the head coach at Marquette, and holds a 356-231 career record.
