According to a Pete Thamel report, Youngstown State’s Jerrod Calhoun is finalizing a 5-year deal to become the head coach at Utah State.
Calhoun has been at YSU for the past seven seasons where he has gone 118-106 (.527). He just led Youngstown to back-to-back 20 win seasons for the first time in school history. Prior to his time at YSU, he spent five seasons as the head coach at D2 Fairmont State, where he went 124-38 (.765) including a 34-3 campaign in 2016-17.
