George Washington has parted ways with head basketball coach Maurice Joseph according to a report by Jon Rothstein.

Joseph was elevated to head coach at GW back in September of 2016 after Mike Lonergan was fired. In his three seasons at the helm, he compiled a 44-57 record  including a 9-24 (4-14 A10) this past season.
