Multiple outlets are reporting that UIC has selected Indiana associate head coach Steve McClain as its next basketball coach. McClain has been an assistant at Indiana under Tom Crean for five seasons and was 157-115 in nine seasons as head coach at Wyoming, which he led to one NCAA tournament and three NIT appearances. He also was an assistant for three years at Colorado.
