Sounds like Florida Gulf Coast assistant Nick Bennett is off to join the staff at UTPA. Bennett has spent three seasons as an assistant at FGCU.

Rumor has it that Larry Mendez, former assistant coach at South Plains JC, has been hired as the new men’s basketball coach at Coastal Bend JC (TX).

Central Michigan student manager Joel Machota has is going to become an assistant for the new program at Mid Michigan CC.

Dean JC assistant coach Bill Naylor has left to become an assistant at DIII Lasell College. It sounds like former Westfield State player Joe DiCruttalo will be his replacement at Dean.
