Matt Braeuer joins the Sam Houston men’s basketball staff as an assistant coach, Bearkat head coach Jason Hooten announced Tuesday.

Braeuer has worked the past two seasons as the video coordinator for men’s basketball at the University of Maryland. He also coached at Midland College and was a graduate assistant and three-year starter at Wichita State.
