Southwestern Oklahoma State University has begun the process of selecting a new head men’s basketball coach following the resignation of Charlie Schaef.

Schaef served as the Bulldogs head coach since 2009, leading SWOSU to a record of 57-57 in four seasons. Schaef coached six players who earned all-conference honors at SWOSU and he led the Bulldogs to the championship game of the inaugural Great American Conference tournament in 2012.
