Heath Schroyer has been fired as the men’s basketball coach at Wyoming. Wyoming’s current Associate Head Coach, Fred Langley, will serve as the Interim Head Coach for the remainder of the 2010-11 season. Schroyer’s current contract would have expired at the conclusion of the 2013-14 season. Under the terms of that contract, UW will pay him $160,000 per year for the remaining three years. His record over the past four seasons at Wyoming stands at 49-68 (.419). A national search for a head coach will begin immediately.
