I can confirm that Dawson Dickson is out after just one season as the head basketball coach at Great Bay CC (NH).
Dickson, a New Hampshire native, had been the head coach at NJCAA Minnesota State North-Vermillion (2023-25) before returning east and taking over at GBCC last June. He has also worked as an assistant at D2 Southern New Hampshire, D3 Keene State (NH), and USCAA NHTI.
This season, Dickson led the Herons to a 10-14 (6-10) record, and a YSCAA tournament birth.
No reason has been given for his departure. More on this once an official announcement is made.
