According to good sources, the "hot" name at Southeastern Louisiana right now is Jones County JC head coach Jay Ladner. This past Saturday, Ladner led his squad to the NJCAA DI National Championship. JCJC defeated top-seeded and previously No. 1 ranked Indian Hills in the championship game.
Ladner is in his second season at JCJC where he has won 45 games. Before taking over at JCJC, he was the head coach at St. Stanislaus College (MS).
A decision at Southeastern Louisiana is expected soon.
