Spring Hill Athletic Director Jim Hall announced that Head Men’s Basketball Coach Robert Thompson will not be returning to coach the team next season. Thompson and Hall informed the players of the decision earlier this week in a team meeting.

This season the men’s basketball program finished with a 4-25 record and was 3-15 in SSAC competition. In his tenure as coach, the Badgers compiled a 142-156 overall record and a 70-100 mark in conference play.

A national search for the next Head Men’s Basketball Coach will begin immediately.
