Shippensburg University athletics administration announced Monday that men’s basketball coach Dave Springer’s contract will not be renewed for next season. SU finished the 2012-13 season with a 7-20 record and earned the No. 6 seed in the PSAC Tournament. Springer posted a 144-189 record with the Raiders in 12 seasons as the head coach.
