Zach Stevens has joined the Regis College athletics staff as the assistant men’s basketball coach starting in 2021-22.
Stevens has spent four years as an assistant coach at Plymouth State University, helping with recruiting, practice plans, game plans, in-game coaching, and player development. He also assisted in monitoring player’s academic performance, oversaw film exchange, scouted opponents, coordinated team travel, and distributed equipment.
Stevens played at New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, N.H., from 2011 to 2013 before transferring to Plymouth State to complete his collegiate career, playing for the Panthers from 2013 to 2016. As a senior at Plymouth State, he received the Phil Rowe Hardest Worker in Practice Award.
Over the years, Stevens has worked numerous camps, including the Next Level Basketball Academy/New Hampshire Storm AAU Program every year since 2013. In 2018, he helped run the Kyrie Irving/Jayson Tatum Pro Camp.
Stevens received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Plymouth State in 2016.
