According to multiple reports, including one from News Channel 11’s Kenny Hawkins, East Tennessee State will name Desmond Oliver as their new head men’s basketball coach. A 3pm press conference has been scheduled for today. Oliver has served as an assistant on Rick Barnes staff at the University of Tennessee for the past six seasons.
