Troy University men’s basketball head coach Phil Cunningham announced Monday the hiring of Talvis Franklin as video coordinator. The two worked together, alongside Troy assistant coach Marcus Grant, for 5 seasons at Mississippi State. “When the video coordinator position opened on our staff, Talvis was the coach I wanted to try and hire,” Cunningham said.
