Eastern Illinois men’s basketball head coach Jay Spoonhour has completed his staff for next season with the addition of junior college head coach Tone Boyle. Boyle comes to EIU following three years as the head coach at Highland Community College in Illinois. In 2016-17 he coached HCC to the Arrowhead Conference Championship and NCAA Region
