"Alex Hausladen is someone I have competed against during my time in the Southland Conference," head coach Danny Kaspar said. "I saw him on the road recruiting every summer. He has a great work ethic and is very energetic and passionate about basketball. Alex is someone who will spend almost too much time in the office and you have to encourage him to go home. I see him as someone to will add a great deal to our staff.
