The Shoreline Community College Athletic Department has accepted the resignation of Greg Turcott, head coach for the men’s basketball team.
Turcott came to college in 2010 as head coach. His teams were known for their up-tempo style of play on offense and tenacious on-the-ball defense. His best season was 2012, when the team placed seventh in the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges and advanced to the conference championship playoffs.
“We want to thank Coach Turcott for his dedication and commitment to the Shoreline Community College Men’s Basketball program and wish him the best in his future endeavors,” said Athletic Director Steve Eskridge.
Shoreline Community College will begin immediate recruitment for a replacement.
