Ralph Willard will serve as a consultant for the Holy Cross athletic department. Willard will assist with the professional development for the head coaches of all 27 of the Crusaders’ varsity sports.
Willard served as the head coach of the Holy Cross’ men’s basketball team from 1999-2009, posting an overall record of 192-117. He also spent time as the head coach at the University of Pittsburgh and Western Kentucky University, and his overall career record stands at 336-241. Willard is a 1967 graduate of Holy Cross, and was a three-year letterwinner for the men’s basketball team. Willard was most recently an assistant coach at Louisville.
