I have heard from a great source that the leader at Williams is Army assistant Kevin App. The former Cornell player started his coaching career as an assistant at Williams (2008-09). He has been at Army since 2010 and also spent one season as an assistant at his alma mater. It sounds like an announcement at Williams could be made by Monday.
